Heinz Boog / Management and HR advisory
To help people, getting a better quality of life - that's what I wanted to do since I was 16. Later on, I realised that this aim can be reached best by working in the service sector.
After a few years getting knowledge in the telemarketing and other service spheres, the year 2000 was the year, when I came closer to my aim: I changed to HR advisory and specialised in the placment in all fields of industry-, building-industry, administration as well as in the management (even different levels of management). Here I experiences with deep satisfaction what it means, helping people to find work. I managed to help people, who seemed to have no chance to find work
I saw happy, bright eyes, when I managed to bring someone back to work an bread. In these situations, people got the unique and better quality of life, that I always dreamt of. These people gave everything to proof, that my confidence in them was justifiable. And I heard words of approval from happy Employers.
So, the desired symbiosis between candidates and costumers - in which both of them benefit - was reached. With the aim, to even better cater the customers and cadidates needs and wishes, Jan Plopa and me went about the step towards professional independence.
A lot of responsibility for a professional consulting always needs a required competence. That's why my motto is: „Success is not random, but the consequently setting and reaching of objectives“.

Dear Customer, dear candidate, I don't want to bore you with my hobbies. But you could be interested in my professional background, so here is a short abstract in note form:
I finished my training as a commercial clerk in a chemistry company in St. Gallen. After that I worked in the domain of administration and sales administration. Early in 2003 I changed to the domain HR advisory. Here I worked during three years and got from a assistant to a branch manager. I specialised in the placment of employees in building-, industry and commercial domains.
That also included the placement of different levels of management. During this informative time i got to know positiv but unfortunately also a lot of negative aspects of the placement. The latter brought Heinz Boog and me to the decision, to start an own company – the AIDAS PERSONAL GmbH.
My professional motto sounds easy, but its realisation requires a lot of employment: „The right employees at the right time at the right place". This employment I assure you , dear candidate - together with Heinz Boog and Ute Riewe - boundlessly. Because your satisfaction is the elixir of our company.
Ute Ernst (Riewe) / Controller Administration
If you speak to me, you will quickly realise that I am not a local. I am German and came to Switzerland in 2004. As a apprenticed finance merachant, I, after my apprenticeship studied taxes and finances and granted a diploma in finance sciences. First I worked as a controller in administrating accounting in a small manufacturing enterpise. Later I worked in the banking industry. Back to school, I got my degree as a bank clerk. Looking back on 15 years of banking I can say, that I gained a lot of knowledge.
For me, one of the most interesting function in banking was to interact and communicate with people. Here in Switzerland I worked as a secretary to the CEO in the same company as Heinz Boog and Jan Plopa. I liked their open, friendly and honest character, so it was an easy decision for me, to accompany them on their way to autonomy.
Because I have had some good and some bad experiences in my professional life, my motto is: "Rather judge a man by his actions than by his words, cause a lot of people act bad and speak excellent."

Sie zu empfangen bereitet mir Freude! Ich bin die Visitenkarte von AIDAS Personal GmbH. Sei es als Erste am Telefon oder Ihre - lieber Kunde - lieber Kandidat - Ansprechpartnerin in unseren Büroräumlichkeiten in Goldach.
Auch wenn ich an vorderster Front bin, habe ich ein fundiertes und hart erprobtes Hintergrundwissen. Ich bin ein leuchtendes Beispiel dafür, dass es sich lohnt, sich weiterzubilden. Nach meiner Lehre als Friseuse habe ich in einem späteren Anlauf die Kaufmännische Lehre nachgeholt. Bei dem damaligen Arbeitgeber habe ich die Chance erhalten, die Personalleitung zu übernehmen. Somit wurde mir die Tür in die Personalwelt geöffnet. Im Jahre 2004 habe ich die Personalfachschule abgeschlossen und war anschliessend 4 Jahre als Personalleiterin in einem Unternehmen mit 350 Personen tätig. Nach einem kurzen Abstecher in die Export-Branche, die sehr lehrreich jedoch sehr theoretisch war, wusste ich, dass mir der tägliche Umgang mit Menschen fehlt.

Der Pfad, dem ich die vergangenen Jahre durch die Berufswelt folgte, war weit verzweigt und spannend. Ich sammelte als Online Editor, Content -und Portal Manager Erfahrungen in der damals boomenden Internet- und Telekommunikationsbranche und war als Sachbearbeiter in der Gesundheitsbranche tätig. Nach einem interessanten Abstecher in die Unterhaltungsindustrie und einer lehrreichen Zeit als Geschäftsführer im Dienstleistungsgewerbe war ich für eine renommierte Softwarefirma im Innendienst tätig, bevor mein Weg mich zu guter Letzt zur AIDAS PERSONAL führte. Mein breit gefächertes Spektrum ausgeübter Tätigkeiten kommt mir in dieser Position entgegen, kann ich doch bei der Suche nach fairen Arbeitgebern und loyalen Kandidaten von meinen eigenen Erfahrungen in Branchen, die unterschiedlicher kaum sein könnten, profitieren. Dieser Umstand ermöglicht es mir, optimal zusammenzuführen, was zusammen gehört, immer getreu dem Motto: „Nur zufriedene Kandidaten und Kunden machen uns auch langfristig erfolgreich“.

Nach meinem kaufmännischen Abschluss bei einer namhaften Versicherungsgesellschaft verdiente ich mir die ersten fünf Jahre meine Sporen als Kaufmännischer Angestellter, Sachbearbeiter und Kundenberater. Die darauffolgenden Jahre in der Gastronomie boten mir mehrmals die gern genutzte Gelegenheit, als Geschäftsführer diverse Betriebe zum Erfolg führen zu dürfen. Zwischenzeitlich erlangte ich den Abschluss als Dipl. Betriebsleiter Gastronomie, was mir zusätzliche Möglichkeiten eröffnete. Die aus jahrelanger Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt resultierende Menschenkenntnis versuche ich heute täglich als Personalberater bei der AIDAS PERSONAL zum Wohle unserer Kandidaten und Kunden einzusetzen. Die richtige Einschätzung der Fähigkeiten und der charakterlichen Besonderheiten unserer Kandidaten ermöglicht mir eine optimale Zuweisung und die daraus resultierende maximale Deckung der Kundenbedürfnisse.
