We provide you one or more candidates, for an indefinite time for a hourly rate.

Your advantages:

• You as our customer pay only for our candidates working hour. The tarif is exclusive MwSt.
• You don't have any salary costs and only get a invoice (accounting advantages)

The following expenses and costs are fully taken over by AIDAS PERSONAL GmbH and are integrated in the hourly rate.

• assurance- and social benefits (AHV, ALV, IV, EO / Krankentaggeld / SUVA / BVG / FAR / holidays und Feiertagsentschädigung, etc.)
• selection- and recruitingcosts
• advertising costs
• operating- and administration costs
• assumption of the whole administration modalities
• consulting, support and supervision of the employees
