Try & Hire

You have the possibility, to hire our candidates temporarily during three months. After that (at least 540 hours), if required, you can hire the candidate permanantly for free.

Your advantages:

• The company and the candidate have the possibility to get to know each other and to find out if they fit together.
• Only 2 day's notice during these three months.

The following expenses and costs are fully taken over by AIDAS PERSONAL GmbH and are integrated in the hourly rate.

• assurance- and social benefits (AHV, ALV, IV, EO / Krankentaggeld / SUVA / BVG / FAR / holidays und Feiertagsentschädigung, etc.)
• selection- and recruitingcosts
• advertising costs
• operating- and administration costs
• assumption of the whole administration modalities
• consulting, support and supervision of the employees
